Welfare

We are passionate about providing excellent welfare support to our Remembrance Workers.  This includes visiting them when they are ill, attending funerals of those who pass away, conducting home visits to discuss issues of concern, catching up by telephone to ensure they retain a feeling of being valued, and visiting them in their work locations to see what they do and how they do it.

In addition to this we run at least two social events each year where our management team and workers get together to celebrate what we do and what we’ve achieved.  One event is held in the Summer where we visit a historic house, or beautiful gardens, or go to the seaside.  The other is held at Christmas where again all get together to enjoy a bit of festive cheer.
